The Fort Bend Charger Organization was started in 2011 by a group of homeschoolers with the desire to give homeschool families living in the Houston area the opportunity to play tackle football. The team worked out during the 2011-2012 school year to prepare for the start of football in fall 2012. Since then, the program has become a mainstay of Texas Highschool Football consistently finishing as one of the top 6-Man programs in the state.
In 2024, FBC finished its thirteenth year of Varsity football. The Varsity team has been to the State Championship game seven times, including 2023. The team won the Championship in 2018, 2022, and 2023 and has a growing list of accomplished graduates. Our team has a high standard of excellence and sportsmanship which translates to well rounded young men after graduation. The Junior High program has just completed it's thirteenth year of competition. While the Junior High program cares about winning, it's not primarily about winning. Our Junior High program has a strong record of building boys into young men who have learned how to work hard and persevere, while having fun and building a community of friends.
